Mononuclear cells

Mononuclear cells (MNCs) are a heterogeneous population of immune cells, including lymphocytes and monocytes. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are widely used in immunology research to study adaptive immune responses, infection biology, and cancer immunology in vitro. They’re also used in functional assays involving interactions among T cells, NK cells, and antigen-presenting cells.

At PromoCell, our portfolio includes cryopreserved primary human mononuclear cells from peripheral blood, prepared using optimized isolation methods that preserve viability and biological function. You can use these cells directly in functional assays or as starting material for isolating specific immune cell populations. Our optimized culture media support short-term maintenance and cell viability for up to 48 hours before experiments. HLA-typed donor options are also available for HLA-informed studies.
