PromoCell’s new PromoFectin-CRISPR has been specifically designed for optimal delivery of Ribonucleoprotein (RPN) complexes (→ guide RNA & Cas9 protein) in genome editing experiments.
It is suited for adherent and suspension cells and allows a fast, reliable and very efficient gene editing with less off-target effects. It is ideal for transfection of sensitive, difficult to transfect cell types showing an excellent cell viability and morphology. PromoFectin-CRISPR comes with an easy to use protocol for reverse and forward transfection.
