Endothelial Progenitor Medium

The PromoCell Endothelial Progenitor Medium has been developed for the expansion of endothelial progenitors by means of differentiation into more committed lineages of endothelial cells.
Hence, this progenitor medium is suitable for the differentiation of primitive progenitors into mature endothelial cells as well as for CFU-based assays, e.g. the “Hill-Assay” for endothelial progenitor cells (Hill et al. 2003, N Engl J Med 348: 593-600), which is carried out on fibronectin-coated plates.
